What’s Wrong With This Insurance Estimate? – Episode 05

In this video we look at a State Farm adjuster estimate, written before contractor involvement for $26,676.90.

Our client was hired as the contractor. We submitted an Xactimate estimate to State Farm for $60,669.51, which we review in the video.

State Farm initially came back with an approval for $41,489.69. But it was still missing the crucial Overhead and Profit (O&P).

We pushed ahead with strategy to obtain the Overhead & Profit, and we were ultimately successful.

We received a revised estimate from State Farm when it was all over for $49,752.93, which we also review in the video.
