Insurance Carriers Paid More in TX for Hail Damage After Complaints to State

Last year the Texas Department of Insurance helped more than $32 million to be returned to consumers, and $651,761 of that amount, comes from underpaid hail damage roof claims. This after 524 complaints were filed by consumers against their insurance companies.
